Ingredients
1 cup flat beer
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to bread machine and run dough cycle.
2. Remove dough when cycle is complete and preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. Lightly dust pizza pan with corn meal and press dough to desired shape (let stand if any time remains before oven reaches 400).
4. Cover dough with sauce, cheese and toppings and bake about 24 minutes.
