Ingredients
3/4 cup stock (chicken, beef or vegetable)
1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup corn meal
1/3 cup finely ground Cheez-its*
1/4 cup dry milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

*Crackers, chips, nuts, pumpkin seeds or granola-like foods will likely work just as well (in the quantity specified)

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to bread machine and run dough cycle.

2. Prepare two metal cookie sheets with a Silpat or simply sprinkle lightly with corn meal.

3. Remove dough when cycle is complete and place on a floured surface, then roll to desired width (1/8" is ideal)

4. Cut into desired shapes and place on prepared sheet(s); Let stand for 30 minutes.

5. Preheat oven to 325F° and bake for 30 minutes.

6. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container. Freeze any you don't expect to use in seven days.
